Sales Challenges: This client had aggressive growth goals and their Field Sales organization was losing selling time to the increased demands for forms, paperwork and other non-selling requests coming from key customers that were on a growth path.
Sales Solutions/Models: The Salelytics Concierge Support Team stepped in to meet with each Field Rep involved and transitioned non-selling back-office responsibilities out of the Field force and into the Salelytics Concierge team.
Results: Over a four-year period, the number of Field Sellers that partner bi-weekly with Salelytics Concierge Support has increased four-fold, with the Concierge team completing and uploading Price Change, SKU Conversion, Promotion, New Item and other forms at large National and Regional retailers on behalf of the Field – allowing them to SELL.
